We install and repair hardwood, engineered hardwood, vinyl, laminate and carpet, with tile and subfloor services also available.
We provide flooring installation and repair for residential and commercial customers across Toronto, Durham Region and the GTA. Services include solid and engineered hardwood, vinyl plank, floating laminate, carpet, ceramic, porcelain, natural stone and other tile installations.
Our free shop-at-home service includes measuring, bringing samples, helping with material selection and preparing a quote. We install customer-supplied materials and can also supply materials. Our labour carries a two-year warranty, and we are insured and WSIB-covered with 26 years in business.

Subfloor preparation
Flatness, soundness and moisture conditions should be understood before the finished flooring is installed.
Edges and transitions
Doorways, stairs, vents, baseboards and adjoining floor heights determine many of the most visible finishing details.
Installation options by flooring type
We install solid and engineered hardwood using nail-down, glue-down or compatible floating methods. Vinyl plank can be installed as a floating or glue-down floor. Laminate is installed as a floating floor only. Carpet work includes full-room installation, stairs and custom runners.
Removal and subfloor preparation
Existing flooring and installation debris can be removed and disposed of within the quoted scope. Subfloor services include minor levelling, self-levelling compound, plywood replacement, squeak repair, grinding high spots and structural repair when required for the project.
Repairs and finishing details
Repair services include hardwood sanding, refinishing, staining, board replacement and scratch repair; vinyl and laminate plank replacement and repair; and carpet restretching, patching and seam repair. Doorways, stairs, vents, baseboards and adjoining floor heights are reviewed when planning layout and transitions. Repair appearance depends on the existing floor and availability of compatible matching materials.

What flooring products do you install and repair?
We install and repair solid and engineered hardwood, vinyl plank, laminate and carpet. We also install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone and other tile in bathrooms, kitchens, entrances, backsplashes and other suitable project areas.
Do you remove and dispose of existing flooring?
Yes. Removal and disposal of existing flooring and installation debris can be included in the written project scope.
Can you bring flooring samples to my property?
Yes. Our free shop-at-home service includes measuring, bringing and showing samples, helping with selection and preparing a quote.
Do you repair floors affected by a leak?
We repair flooring after the leak, moisture problem, drying and any remediation have been handled by another appropriate contractor. We do not repair active leaks, test moisture or provide drying equipment. Repair appearance depends on the floor condition and availability of compatible matching materials.
