Putting in a hardwood floor isn't just about laying down planks. The real work is in the preparation. Your subfloor must be perfectly flat, level, and dry. If it's not, you'll get creaks, gaps, and boards that cup over time. We spend most of our time ensuring the foundation is solid before a single piece of hardwood is installed. This step is what separates a floor that lasts five years from one that lasts fifty.
There are two main options for indoor use: solid and engineered hardwood. Solid hardwood is one thick piece of wood. It's tough and can be sanded and refinished many times over its life, making it a true lifetime floor. Engineered hardwood has a real wood veneer over layers of plywood. It's more stable in areas with some humidity fluctuation, like finished basements, but can only be refinished once or twice, if at all. We’ll tell you which makes more sense for your room and your budget.
We keep things straightforward. First, we come to your home, measure the space, and check the subfloor. You get a firm, clear quote with no surprises. Once you approve, we schedule the work. We handle the removal of your old flooring, prepare the subfloor meticulously, and then install your new hardwood. We work efficiently and clean up the site completely. You're left with a durable, professionally installed floor. For a no-nonsense quote on your project, call us directly at (647) 898-7839.

"Pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very clear communication and prompt response throughout the process between Rudy and I. The install crew (Sam and "Monsiour" Ali) are hard working, super nice and very flexible. The job was in our new condo and on the last day, the service elevator went out. The crew did a great job cleaning up and disposing of my old baseboards/carpet with the limited elevator access. My new flooring looks great. Great job guys."

We initially called several flooring companies and they did not know what to do with our box stairs, which just had carpet removed. Rudy was the first and only installer who gave details and options for the stairs, and provided valued recommendations. On top of that, he stained the hardwood oak stairs perfectly to match the honey oak colored laminate. We highly recommend his services!"
