Control the moisture source
Stop the leak and complete any required drying or remediation before permanent flooring work begins.
Bringing precision back to your floors after water damage.
Stop the leak and complete any required drying or remediation before permanent flooring work begins.
Document the surface material, underlayment and substrate as well as the visible affected area.
Use material condition, product availability and moisture findings to define a practical flooring scope.

We repair flooring only after the leak has been fixed and drying or remediation has been completed by another appropriate contractor. The affected area must be dry and ready for flooring work before we begin.
Not all floors react to water the same way, and the repair method must be tailored accordingly. For solid hardwood, careful drying and individual board replacement is often possible. Engineered hardwood requires a close look at the layers to check for delamination. With laminate and luxury vinyl, the locking mechanisms and underlayment are the main concern. We don't use a one-size-fits-all approach; we analyze your specific flooring type and apply the correct, manufacturer-recommended techniques for a durable repair.
A rushed job can leave you with bigger headaches down the road. An improperly dried subfloor can lead to widespread mold growth. Poorly matched replacement boards create a constant eyesore, devaluing your home. Our commitment to getting every detail right means we prevent these long-term issues. We ensure the colour, finish, and grain of the new materials blend in flawlessly with your existing floor. It's about giving you peace of mind, not just a patch. Repair expectations: Repair appearance depends on the condition of the surrounding floor and the availability of compatible matching material.

"My project was a little over 1000 sq ft of hardwood flooring, 350 ft of baseboard trim, 350 feet of door stop and 10 sq ft of tile in front of a fireplace. Upon completion, the rooms looked fabulous for 2 reasons. One was the natural warmth and elegance of wood flooring and secondly, the workmanship of Rudy and his crew. The quality and professionalism of the job was no more evident then where the tile and wood met. The tile was raised to the level of the wood thickness and the 2 met each other at an odd angle. The transition between the 2 surfaces was seamless and flawless and no transition pieces were required to hide any shortcomings. I was most impressed with this part of the job as only an experienced professional would do such a perfect job. In addition, Rudy and his crew were very courteous and cleaned up the mess after each days work. Even though I invited them to bring their saws and cutters indoors because it was cold, they insisted on doing this part of the job outdoor to minimise the mess in my home. I would definitely recommend Rudy and his crew to anyone seeking to have their flooring done. He is reasonably priced and offers quality work in exchange. Thanks Rudy and crew. Great Job."

Excellent communications, best ever: from their project manager to their operating team, we were exchanging messages frequently at 9 or 10 PM on a week end. If you hire them make sure to ask them to cover your walls: as they work fast you have to expect your walls to be dirty . My white walls showed signs of jeans and clothes passing through. Not a big deal to clean but still had to do it ."

Spiral staircases, one with carpet that was removed and the other was a builders grade spiral to basement. Rudy was here every day at the exact time he said he would show up and was flexible to work with around our schedule. We were delayed a week, but once we got started everything was exactly on schedule. He custom matched the stain to our current floors and we are thrilled with the finished product. They cleaned up everyday at the end of the job sd were very respectful of our home and family life (2 small kids and pets). Absolutely would recommend Rudy and his guys"
