Stop Looking at Damaged Floors. Let's Fix Them.
Stop the leak and complete any required drying or remediation before permanent flooring work begins.
Document the surface material, underlayment and substrate as well as the visible affected area.
Use material condition, product availability and moisture findings to define a practical flooring scope.

We repair flooring only after the leak has been fixed and drying or remediation has been completed by another appropriate contractor. The affected area must be dry and ready for flooring work before we begin.
We work with hardwood, laminate, and vinyl flooring. For hardwood, we're looking for signs like cupping, where the edges of the board are higher than the center, or buckling, where it lifts right off the subfloor. With laminate, the seams will often swell and peel apart. We'll give you a straight, honest assessment of what can be salvaged and what needs to go. Sometimes a small repair is all that's needed. Other times, a full replacement is the only practical long-term solution.

Once the area is bone-dry, we remove the damaged sections of flooring. This lets us get a clear look at the subfloor. If the subfloor is compromised—soft, swollen, or mouldy—it has to be repaired or replaced. Putting new flooring on a bad subfloor is like building a house on a shaky foundation. We then find the best possible material match for repairs or help you select a tough, new floor that fits your home. We install it correctly, ensuring it's level, secure, and ready to handle whatever your family throws at it.
Repair expectations: Repair appearance depends on the condition of the surrounding floor and the availability of compatible matching material.

"I contacted two companies for a quote for my flooring. The first responded with an email estimate that gave me 1/3 of the information I needed. The second was Rudy, who came to my house, measured everything, recommended some products and gave me solid quote so I knew exactly what the job would cost and the time it would take. Very professional. His installers were equally as professional and completed the job with great fit and finish. I would definitely recommend Delight Flooring to anyone who asks and I would surely call them for my future flooring needs. KC"

They supplied and installed hardwood flooring throughout our entire house, refinished our railings and replaced the pickets. We thought the step-down in our sunken living room would be difficult to fix and complete, but Rudy did a beautiful job and we couldn't be happier!"
HomeOwner • 24 Jul 2017 • HomeStars"Having been previously quoted two other times from other contractors, not only was Delight Flooring the most reasonable, they were also the most helpful. We had a quote within 30 mins, and were given lots of options on what type of hardwood/laminate we should install. They were on time, great at communicating, and used to dealing with condo's (a bonus for those with strict riles to adhere to). I would 100% recommend Delight Flooring to anyone as they did an amazing job!"
