Control the moisture source

Stop the leak and complete any required drying or remediation before permanent flooring work begins.

Compare repair and replacement

Use material condition, product availability and moisture findings to define a practical flooring scope.

A leak from an appliance or a burst pipe can wreck a floor fast. You see the buckling, warping, and stains, but the real damage is often hiding underneath. Mold and rot can set in if the subfloor isn't dried and repaired correctly. We handle indoor water damage for hardwood, laminate, and vinyl, making sure the fix is solid from the structure up. Don't let a small water problem become a huge, expensive one.Water Damaged Floor Repair

Our Repair Process: Straight to the Point

We repair flooring only after the leak has been fixed and drying or remediation has been completed by another appropriate contractor. The affected area must be dry and ready for flooring work before we begin.

Flooring Types We Handle

Different floors react to water in different ways. We know how to handle them.

Hardwood: Water causes wood to swell, leading to cupping or buckling. Sometimes, if caught very early, boards can be saved. More often, the damaged section needs to be cut out and replaced with new, properly acclimated wood.

Laminate & Vinyl Plank: The core of these products is usually particle board or a composite. Once water gets into the seams and saturates the core, it swells and falls apart. It doesn't shrink back. For these floors, replacement of the affected area is almost always the only solution.

Don't Just Wait for It to Dry

Waiting is the worst thing you can do. Trapped moisture under your floor has nowhere to go. It will cause mold to grow within 48-72 hours and can slowly rot the wooden subfloor, leading to much bigger structural problems. A floor that looks dry on the surface can be a swamp underneath. Acting fast saves you money and protects your home's health. For a direct assessment, call us at (647) 898-7839.

Repair expectations: Repair appearance depends on the condition of the surrounding floor and the availability of compatible matching material.

"Pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very clear communication and prompt response throughout the process between Rudy and I. The install crew (Sam and "Monsiour" Ali) are hard working, super nice and very flexible. The job was in our new condo and on the last day, the service elevator went out. The crew did a great job cleaning up and disposing of my old baseboards/carpet with the limited elevator access. My new flooring looks great. Great job guys."

"My project was a little over 1000 sq ft of hardwood flooring, 350 ft of baseboard trim, 350 feet of door stop and 10 sq ft of tile in front of a fireplace. Upon completion, the rooms looked fabulous for 2 reasons. One was the natural warmth and elegance of wood flooring and secondly, the workmanship of Rudy and his crew. The quality and professionalism of the job was no more evident then where the tile and wood met. The tile was raised to the level of the wood thickness and the 2 met each other at an odd angle. The transition between the 2 surfaces was seamless and flawless and no transition pieces were required to hide any shortcomings. I was most impressed with this part of the job as only an experienced professional would do such a perfect job. In addition, Rudy and his crew were very courteous and cleaned up the mess after each days work. Even though I invited them to bring their saws and cutters indoors because it was cold, they insisted on doing this part of the job outdoor to minimise the mess in my home. I would definitely recommend Rudy and his crew to anyone seeking to have their flooring done. He is reasonably priced and offers quality work in exchange. Thanks Rudy and crew. Great Job."
