Your floors are damaged. Let's fix them right.
Stop the leak and complete any required drying or remediation before permanent flooring work begins.
Document the surface material, underlayment and substrate as well as the visible affected area.
Use material condition, product availability and moisture findings to define a practical flooring scope.

Before any floor repair starts, the source of the water must be fixed. There's no point in putting down a new floor if it's just going to get damaged again. Once you've got the leak handled, call us at (647) 898-7839. We need to act quickly to minimize the damage to the subfloor and structure.
We repair flooring only after the leak has been fixed and drying or remediation has been completed by another appropriate contractor. The affected area must be dry and ready for flooring work before we begin.
Hardwood Floors: If the damage is minimal and caught immediately, sometimes sanding and refinishing is an option. More often, the affected boards have cupped or warped. In that case, they need to be removed and replaced. We match the new boards to your existing floor for a seamless look.
Laminate & Vinyl Plank: These floors are usually not salvageable once water gets underneath and into the joints. The core material swells and the locking systems are compromised. The only proper fix is to remove the damaged sections and install new planks. We always check the underlayment and subfloor to ensure they are completely dry before putting anything new down.
Covering up a damp subfloor is the biggest mistake you can make. It traps moisture, leading to mold, rot, and structural issues. We make sure the subfloor is 100% dry before proceeding. If the subfloor itself is damaged, it has to be repaired or replaced. This step is not optional; it's essential for a long-lasting, safe floor.

Repair expectations: Repair appearance depends on the condition of the surrounding floor and the availability of compatible matching material.
