Control the moisture source
Stop the leak and complete any required drying or remediation before permanent flooring work begins.
Bringing precision back to your floors, one board at a time.
Stop the leak and complete any required drying or remediation before permanent flooring work begins.
Document the surface material, underlayment and substrate as well as the visible affected area.
Use material condition, product availability and moisture findings to define a practical flooring scope.

We repair flooring only after the leak has been fixed and drying or remediation has been completed by another appropriate contractor. The affected area must be dry and ready for flooring work before we begin.
Covering up damp flooring is a recipe for disaster. Trapped moisture will inevitably lead to mould and mildew growth, which can affect your home's air quality. It will also cause the wood or composite material to slowly rot from below, compromising the structural integrity of your floor and leading to much more expensive repairs later. A repair that looks good for a week isn't our standard. We focus on a repair that is structurally sound and lasts for years, protecting your investment and your family's health. We take the time to do it right because we know the consequences of cutting corners.
Our careful approach is adapted for different types of indoor flooring. For solid hardwood, we focus on matching the species, plank width, and grain pattern before custom staining to get an exact colour match. With engineered hardwood, we pay close attention to the thickness of the top veneer to see if sanding and refinishing is an option. For laminate and luxury vinyl plank, a full board replacement is often necessary, and our priority is sourcing an exact product match for a seamless look. No matter the material, our commitment to a flawless, detailed finish remains the same. If you need a careful, professional repair, give us a call at (647) 898-7839.
Repair expectations: Repair appearance depends on the condition of the surrounding floor and the availability of compatible matching material.

"I did my floor and learn that the stairs are not included because it is a different kind of job that needed to be done. I start looking for a person or company that can complete the stairs job in a timely manner and cost efficient. I receive many quotes but Rudy’s quote was details and easy to understand. After reviewing all quotes, I decide to give the job to Rudy. A bit scared of what will come out of it, Rudy reassure me that my house was his show room and I will be please when is done. Let me say I am not please but over please. Rudy was efficient, extremely professional. He respected my time line as I was expecting my kids that weekend. I would highly recommend using this company, they are all the things you could ask for in a contractor; polite, neat, reasonably priced and timely. Thank you so much again Rudy for all your great work!"

He was prompt to the appointment, came with samples and had all the knowledge we needed to spruce up our condo before the new tenants moved in. We love how it all looked in the end and will be considering Rudy for our own home flooring work in the future."
