Control the moisture source
Stop the leak and complete any required drying or remediation before permanent flooring work begins.
Restoring your floors, one board at a time.
Stop the leak and complete any required drying or remediation before permanent flooring work begins.
Document the surface material, underlayment and substrate as well as the visible affected area.
Use material condition, product availability and moisture findings to define a practical flooring scope.

We repair flooring only after the leak has been fixed and drying or remediation has been completed by another appropriate contractor. The affected area must be dry and ready for flooring work before we begin.
The next, and most critical, phase is drying. We ensure the subfloor is returned to its proper moisture content. Rushing this step is a common mistake that leads to bigger issues down the road. We don't cut corners. Once everything is verifiably dry, we proceed with the repair. We take great pride in sourcing materials that match your existing floor as closely as possible. Our installation work is meticulous, ensuring each board is perfectly placed for a seamless, undetectable repair.
Your home's flooring is an interconnected system. A small area of damage can compromise the integrity of the entire room. Our detail-obsessed approach means we check for levelness, secure every board properly, and ensure transitions are smooth. We treat your home in Courtice with the respect it deserves, maintaining a clean worksite and communicating with you throughout the entire process. From the initial phone call to the final inspection, our focus is on doing the job correctly so you can trust your floors are not just beautiful, but safe and secure for years to come. Upon completion, the rooms looked fabulous for 2 reasons. One was the natural warmth and elegance of wood flooring and secondly, the workmanship of Rudy and his crew. The quality and professionalism of the job was no more evident then where the tile and wood met. The tile was raised to the level of the wood thickness and the 2 met each other at an odd angle. The transition between the 2 surfaces was seamless and flawless and no transition pieces were required to hide any shortcomings. I was most impressed with this part of the job as only an experienced professional would do such a perfect job. In addition, Rudy and his crew were very courteous and cleaned up the mess after each days work. Even though I invited them to bring their saws and cutters indoors because it was cold, they insisted on doing this part of the job outdoor to minimise the mess in my home. I would definitely recommend Rudy and his crew to anyone seeking to have their flooring done. He is reasonably priced and offers quality work in exchange. Thanks Rudy and crew. Great Job."
