Control the moisture source
Stop the leak and complete any required drying or remediation before permanent flooring work begins.
Don't let a leak ruin your day.
Stop the leak and complete any required drying or remediation before permanent flooring work begins.
Document the surface material, underlayment and substrate as well as the visible affected area.
Use material condition, product availability and moisture findings to define a practical flooring scope.

First things first: stop the water source if you can and give us a call at (647) 898-7839. The sooner we can start the drying process, the better the chances of saving your floor. Different types of flooring react differently to water. Hardwood can cup or buckle, laminate can swell up and delaminate, and water can get trapped under vinyl, affecting the subfloor.
We repair flooring only after the leak has been fixed and drying or remediation has been completed by another appropriate contractor. The affected area must be dry and ready for flooring work before we begin.
Once everything is completely dry, we get to the repair work. For solid hardwood, we can often sand, refinish, or replace individual boards to make it look like new. With engineered hardwood or laminate, we might need to replace the affected sections. We're experts at matching new flooring to your existing floor so the repair is as seamless as possible.
We're not some big, faceless company. We provide service in the area and take responsibility for the quality of our work. We understand the homes in our community and take pride in doing quality work for area homeowners. We'll treat your home with respect, keep the work area tidy, and communicate with you every step of the way. When a water disaster strikes, you just want someone you can trust to make it right. We're here for you.
Repair expectations: Repair appearance depends on the condition of the surrounding floor and the availability of compatible matching material.
Book a consultation and we will walk you through materials, timelines, and pricing—without pressure.

"I found Delight Flooring by fluke, and I ended being very lucky. From the initial quote till the end of the flooring being completed, I only received nice and professional services from the workers of Delight Flooring. The work in itself was great, I am very satisfied with what they delivered. If timing is an important factor for you, I can say that they did the work in the amount of days promised, without rushing to finish the work. I highly recommend this company for any flooring work you are seeking to do"
