Stop the leak and complete any required drying or remediation before permanent flooring work begins.

Use material condition, product availability and moisture findings to define a practical flooring scope.

First things first, don't panic. The most important thing is to stop the source of the water if you can and get the area as dry as possible using towels or a wet-vac. The quicker you act, the better the chance we have of saving the floor. Water that's left to sit can cause serious issues beyond just warped boards, like mould growth in the subfloor, which is a much bigger problem we all want to avoid.
Once you've done what you can, give us a call. We'll come by to take a look and see exactly what we're dealing with. We handle all kinds of indoor flooring, from hardwood and laminate to vinyl plank, and each one reacts to water a bit differently. We'll figure out the extent of the damage and what it'll take to fix it right.
There's no one-size-fits-all solution, so our first step is always a thorough assessment. We'll check the surface and, just as importantly, the subfloor beneath it to make sure everything is completely dry before we start any repairs. We'll then explain the situation in plain English and give you a clear, honest plan.
For minor damage, we might be able to carefully replace a few boards, lacing them in with the existing floor for a seamless look. For more extensive issues, we may need to remove a larger section. Whatever the case, our goal is to make the repaired area blend in perfectly. We're pretty meticulous about matching stains and finishes for hardwood or finding the right replacement planks for laminate and vinyl floors. We want you to forget the damage ever happened.
We provide flooring service throughout the area. When you call us, you're not getting a stranger from the city; you are working with a flooring contractor who cares about doing a good job. We stand by our work because our reputation in the community means everything. If you're dealing with a water-damaged floor, give us a ring at (647) 898-7839. We'd be happy to help.
We repair flooring only after the leak has been fixed and drying or remediation has been completed by another appropriate contractor. The affected area must be dry and ready for flooring work before we begin.
Repair expectations: Repair appearance depends on the condition of the surrounding floor and the availability of compatible matching material.

"We replace our parquet flooring with a hardwood, and door stain to match the flooring. Rudy is very detail oriented, his team works very quick at reasonable price. Will use again for my basement flooring. Thanks!"
Andre • 14 Jan 2014 • HomeStars"Pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very clear communication and prompt response throughout the process between Rudy and I. The install crew (Sam and "Monsiour" Ali) are hard working, super nice and very flexible. The job was in our new condo and on the last day, the service elevator went out. The crew did a great job cleaning up and disposing of my old baseboards/carpet with the limited elevator access. My new flooring looks great. Great job guys."
