Meticulous solutions for loose and damaged carpets.
Separate broad rippling from seam, edge or isolated surface damage before choosing a repair method.
Review carpet condition, tack strip and perimeter access to determine whether controlled re-stretching is practical.
For a patch, locate a compatible remnant and account for pile direction, pattern and the repair's visibility.

You might notice a small wrinkle in your hallway and think it’s no big deal, but that wrinkle is a sign of a bigger issue. Your carpet has lost its tension. The only correct way to fix this is with a professional power stretcher, not just a small knee kicker. A power stretcher is a tool that allows us to grip the carpet at one end of the room and apply hundreds of pounds of tension from the other, pulling it drum-tight. We then carefully re-secure the carpet to the tack strips and trim the excess for a perfect fit along the baseboard. This process requires precision to avoid over-stretching or damaging the material.
Our repair work goes beyond just fixing ripples. We handle a variety of common indoor carpet problems with the same attention to detail. If you have a split seam in a doorway, we can re-seal it to create a strong, as discreet as conditions allow bond. For isolated damage like a burn mark, a permanent stain, or a pet-damaged spot, we can often perform a patch repair. This involves carefully cutting out the damaged section and fitting in a matching piece, usually taken from a remnant you might have, or from an unseen area like the back of a closet. The goal is always to make the repair blend in seamlessly with the surrounding carpet.
Every job starts with a careful assessment. We look at the type of carpet, the condition of the underpad, and the specific problem you're facing. This allows us to determine the exact steps needed to restore your floor properly. We take our time to do it right because a hurried job won't last.
Repair expectations: Repair appearance depends on the condition of the surrounding floor and the availability of compatible matching material.

"Rudy is amazing and hasn't let me down yet. We all know how hard it can be dealing with contractors these days. They promise the moon but don't deliver. With Rudy, things are very different. If he promises, he will deliver. I have gotten 3 projects done with Rudy. There were nominal delays but Rudy is very professional and communicative. The first one was hardwood for about 800 sqft, the second one was hardwood for 1000 sqft and the third one was over 1500 sqft plus stairs. There were some problems with the stairs and Rudy was out of the country for a long time. However, as soon as he came back, he came to my house and fixed it, no charge."
