Fixing carpet problems, one detail at a time.
Separate broad rippling from seam, edge or isolated surface damage before choosing a repair method.
Review carpet condition, tack strip and perimeter access to determine whether controlled re-stretching is practical.
For a patch, locate a compatible remnant and account for pile direction, pattern and the repair's visibility.

A loose or wrinkled carpet isn't just a cosmetic issue. When you walk over those ripples, you grind dirt into the stretched fibres, causing permanent dark lines and accelerated wear. The only correct way to fix this is with a power stretcher, not just a simple knee kicker. This tool allows us to apply the exact, even tension needed to pull the carpet drum-tight across the room. We take the time to do this methodically, ensuring your carpet lays perfectly flat against the subfloor, which protects it from future damage and makes it easier to vacuum.
Our process is detailed. We carefully detach the carpet from the tack strips, use our specialized tools to stretch it correctly, and then re-secure and trim it for a perfect fit along the baseboards. This removes every ripple and creates a smooth, safe surface that looks and feels new again.
Sometimes the problem is more localized than general looseness. A split seam in a high-traffic area, a small burn mark, or a stubborn bleach spot can detract from an otherwise beautiful room. We handle these issues with exacting care. For split seams, we realign the edges and use industrial-grade seam tape to create a bond that is often stronger than the original. When patching is required, we prefer to take a donor piece of carpet from an unseen area, like the back of a closet. We then meticulously fit it into the damaged spot, ensuring the pile direction matches for a as discreet as conditions allow repair.
Trying to fix these things yourself can unfortunately make the problem worse. We focus on getting it right the first time, because we know the details matter. If you're ready to fix your indoor carpet issues, give us a call at (647) 898-7839.

From the initial quote till the end of the flooring being completed, I only received nice and professional services from the workers of Delight Flooring. The work in itself was great, I am very satisfied with what they delivered. If timing is an important factor for you, I can say that they did the work in the amount of days promised, without rushing to finish the work.
