Identify the failure
Separate broad rippling from seam, edge or isolated surface damage before choosing a repair method.
Tired of tripping over carpet wrinkles?
Separate broad rippling from seam, edge or isolated surface damage before choosing a repair method.
Review carpet condition, tack strip and perimeter access to determine whether controlled re-stretching is practical.
For a patch, locate a compatible remnant and account for pile direction, pattern and the repair's visibility.

You're not alone if you're wondering how those bumps appeared. Often, it comes down to the initial installation. If the carpet wasn't stretched properly with a power stretcher, it can loosen up over the years. Other culprits include high humidity, dragging heavy furniture across the room, or even incorrect cleaning methods. The good news is that no matter the cause, we can almost always tighten it back up for you.
We like to keep things straightforward. First, we'll take a look at the area to see what we're working with. We'll need the room to be mostly empty, but we can help with the heavier furniture pieces. Then, using professional tools like a power stretcher, we'll gently pull the carpet taut towards the walls. This process removes the slack and gets rid of every single ripple.
Once it's perfectly tight, we trim the excess carpet material along the baseboard and securely tuck it back in, leaving you with a clean, sharp edge. It's like giving your room a mini-facelift! We always clean up after ourselves, so you won't have to worry about a thing.
Sometimes the problem isn't a ripple, but a split seam, a burn mark, or a stubborn stain that just won't come out. Don't worry, we can handle that too. We can do seam repairs that are practically invisible or even patch a small damaged area using a spare piece of carpet from a closet or remnant. Just give us a call at (647) 898-7839 and tell us what you need. We're always happy to help a flooring contractor.

They removed our staircase and upstairs carpet and did a fantastic job of installing our new hardwood as well as cleaning up and disposing of our old carpets. The job was completed extremely quickly and everything exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend them highly enough"

Spiral staircases, one with carpet that was removed and the other was a builders grade spiral to basement. Rudy was here every day at the exact time he said he would show up and was flexible to work with around our schedule. We were delayed a week, but once we got started everything was exactly on schedule. He custom matched the stain to our current floors and we are thrilled with the finished product. They cleaned up everyday at the end of the job sd were very respectful of our home and family life (2 small kids and pets). Absolutely would recommend Rudy and his guys"
