Our Process: No Shortcuts
We don't mess around with knee-kickers for a whole room. We use a power stretcher. It’s the only tool that gets the carpet drum-tight, the way it should have been from day one. We detach the carpet from the tack strips, stretch it properly across the room, and re-secure it. We then trim the excess and tuck it back in for a clean, finished edge. The job isn't done until the wrinkles are gone and the floor is flat.
