Restoring your indoor carpets with absolute precision.
Separate broad rippling from seam, edge or isolated surface damage before choosing a repair method.
Review carpet condition, tack strip and perimeter access to determine whether controlled re-stretching is practical.
For a patch, locate a compatible remnant and account for pile direction, pattern and the repair's visibility.

Fixing a wrinkled carpet properly requires more than a bit of force. A professional power stretcher is essential, as it provides the controlled, drum-tight tension needed to pull the carpet correctly across the room. Simply using a knee-kicker can damage the carpet's backing and won't provide a lasting solution. Our process is thorough: we detach the carpet from the tack strips, apply precise tension with a power stretcher, trim any excess material with care, and securely tuck the edge for a clean, flat finish. This methodical approach ensures your carpet lies perfectly flat and stays that way, protecting its structure and integrity.
Damage like burns, tears, or permanent stains doesn't always mean you need a new carpet. We specialize in detailed repairs that blend in with your existing floor. For patches, we source a donor piece, often from a closet or a remnant you may have. We then measure and cut with extreme precision, ensuring the grain and pattern align perfectly. The new piece is then bonded from below with high-quality seam tape, creating a strong and as discreet as conditions allow repair. For split or frayed seams, we carefully re-align the edges and use a specialized adhesive and seaming iron to create a bond that is as strong, or stronger, than the original.
We work exclusively on residential, indoor carpeting. The materials, adhesives, and techniques used for interior flooring are very specific and different from those for outdoor or commercial applications. By concentrating only on the carpets inside your home, we ensure that every tool and procedure is perfectly suited for the job. This focus allows for a higher degree of precision and a result that is both beautiful and durable for your living environment.
Repair expectations: Repair appearance depends on the condition of the surrounding floor and the availability of compatible matching material.

"Pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very clear communication and prompt response throughout the process between Rudy and I. The install crew (Sam and "Monsiour" Ali) are hard working, super nice and very flexible. The job was in our new condo and on the last day, the service elevator went out. The crew did a great job cleaning up and disposing of my old baseboards/carpet with the limited elevator access. My new flooring looks great. Great job guys."
